This can also manifest in dysregulated moon cycles, hormonal imbalances, and mental health issues. These plants were traditionally used for regulating the cycle, toning the uterus, and softening mucous membrane tissues. If taken daily, this can help link your cycles back to the moon. Taken before bed can encourage active dreaming.
