Medical Herbalism

Did you know that historically, herbalism was the main form of health care? Did you also know that herbalism was tied in with astrology? From Paracelsus to Nicholas Culpepper, from the Ancient Mesopotamia, Medieval Europe, and Renaissance Peak, the use of medical astrology heavily impacted which herbs to prescribe to a patient.

☾Sydney is a Clinical Astro-Herbalist Practitioner

As a practising herbalist & astrologer, she blends both modalities in her clinical practise, taking into consideration a patients natal astrological birth chart to help guide what is off balance in the body.

She uses the ancient 4 elemental system (Earth, Air, Fire, & Water), to categorize her patients. After a thorough in person consultation, she creates a unique customized treatment plan that consists of daily herbal customized formulas, dietary advice, and lifestyle adjustments.

She has experience working with chronic and/or autoimmune illnesses, mental health, hormonal disorders, big life changes,  mystery illnesses, and the like.

She has been trained in potential pharmaceutical interactions and other contraindications where there are overlaying conditions–so you can feel safe with taking your herbal formulas.

ASTROLOGICAL BIRTH CHART READINGS

Sydney Rumohr is a Medical Herbalist and Astrologer. She has a special interest in psychological astrology, using the insights from a clients astrological birth chart to uncover their true potential, life path, emotional or physical blockages from childhood or past life trauma, an awareness of the shadow personality and how it controls their unconscious reactions, and guidance on how to move forward with upcoming planetary transits.

Because she also works as an Herbalist, she combines her knowledge of health and the body with the elements of ones birth chart to help support ones physical health with the recommendation of lifestyle and dietary advice and herbal remedies.
