Extracted in a rotating change of local alcohol spirits for it's potency. This tincture is great to take before bed to help induce drowsiness and relaxation for a good nights rest. Mugwort is a sacred and spiritual herb known for it's ability to bring on lucid dreaming. 

**do not take if pregnant or allergy to asteraceae family

1-2ml (full dropper) 30 mins before bed. You can take an extra 1ml if needed, however it may make you feel groggy in the morning. Start with 1ml first.
