This LOVELY floral tea is a best seller at the markets. Even those who aren't normally a fan of herbal tea seem to love the flavour and aroma of this floral blend. Very supportive and protective to the cardiovascular system as a whole. May help lower blood pressure, balance blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and lower stress levels (if taken therapeutically). Energetically, Hawthorn and Rose are known in ancient herbal medicine to provide boundaries to the heart while also soothing and softening a hardened or frightened heart. Great for someone who has recently gone through a hard breakup, unfortunate passing of a loved one, or working through old traumas. Can help to open the heart back up to love while providing boundaries with their thorns. 

**if taking hypotensive medication, make sure to check in with your doctor to monitor your blood pressure over time so that you don't go into low blood pressure by combining the two. 

1-2tsp 3x a day for therapeutic use, 1-2 tsp a day for maintenance
