1-2tsp 3x a day for therapeutic use, 1-2 tsp a day for maintenance

**do not take if you have or suspected to have liver disease or high blood pressure. Take with caution if taking pharmaceuticals which can be hard on the liver. Borage can be hard on the liver (long term)--so after a tea package is finished--it is advised to take a two week break in between.
