Herbs to support healthy adrenal function. Our adrenals are the control centre for our vital energy levels in the body where they release cortisol. When the body goes through chronic stress, our adrenals get pooped out--and over time--stop producing normal levels of cortisol. Leaving us in states of "chronic fatigue"

1-2tsp 3x a day for therapeutic use, 1-2 tsp a day for maintenance

**do not take if you have or suspected to have liver disease or high blood pressure. Take with caution if taking pharmaceuticals which can be hard on the liver. Borage can be hard on the liver (long term)--so after a tea package is finished--it is advised to take a two week break in between.
