Medicinally, we normally see Rose most known for its use in skin care, as it helps to tighten and tone the face — which can help to reduce wrinkles. Internally, however, it is very good for supporting the digestive system in reducing inflammation and easing bloating, supporting menstrual cramp complaints, and reducing anxiety/stress! Careful not to have too much of it if you lean more towards dryness.. as Rose is incredibly dry!
