Background
Sydney is a Clinical Herbalist, having received her diploma for Phytotherapy from one of the best schools of Western Herbal Medicine, Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC.
Also being a practising astrologer, she uses the insights from an astrological birth chart to determine a patients unique bodily “constitution”. Working with the ancient 4 elemental system (Air, Water, Fire, and Earth), she believes health is deeper than just symptom therapy, and instead, believes we come into this world with a predisposition to certain pathologies that have to do with our original elemental make-up. By working with Sydney, she helps to uncover which balance of Earth, Air, Fire, and/or Water is in your original bodily makeup, and creates a suitable treatment plan that helps to rebalance it.
She has experience in helping to treat a plethora of health conditions, but has a special place for helping aid those struggling with mental health challenges. Here are just some of the conditions she has experience in working with:

What to expect in a herbal intake:
45-90 min long herbal intakes—1st meeting being 90 mins and follow ups being 45 mins.
An agreed upon personalized treatment plan—consisting of daily herbal formulas, lifestyle advice, nutritional advice, and spiritual hygiene advice
Being completely heard and understood by somebody who believes in chronic illness without dismissing even the most “minor” symptoms
Follow ups and changes to formulas as the healing progresses — each appointment will put the patients formula under review to consistently update the changes in physiology of patients’ symptoms.

Prices:
First intake: 1.5 hours/$140
Follow-Ups: 45mins/$60
**All herbal formulas are extra. Prices vary depending on agreed upon treatment plan. Averaging between $30 – $150 per monthly formula depending on chosen formulas and forms (example capsules, tinctures, and/or tea)
** herbal formulas can be shipped within Canada
