Fennel Oil has been studied to help significantly reduce unwanted facial hair in woman who have elevated androgens due to PCOS hormonal condition or adrenal issues. Spearmint oil has not been studied for this, however, spearmint tea works very well at reducing androgens–so thought I would try it out as an oil too.
Instructions: Make sure to put over desired area at least once a day (preferably twice a day) on clean skin.
