This herbal tea blend is perfect for the person who is dealing with stuck/blocked and irritated sinus issues — either from allergies or a lingering infection. Mullein is great for dispelling sticky, dry mucous from the respiratory tract and sinus areas. Elderflower is a mucous membrane tonic–tonifying and strengthening the mucous membrane lining. Chamomile is anti-inflammatory, can help with allergies (if you aren’t allergic to the asteraceae family), and calm the nervous system. A floral aroma and flavour to this tea which is pleasant to the senses.

1-2tsp 3x a day for therapeutic use, 1-2 tsp a day for maintenance
