An italian blend special! However, it is also incredibly medicinal as well! Used primarily for cooking (especially meditteranean style dishes). Oregano made into an oil or tincture to be taken internally, is very potent for the immune system and acts as an antimicrobial, antibacterial, and antifungal. It is a carminative, which means it can help with bloating after a meal. Can help with lingering coughs by triggering the cough reflux to make productive coughs. Better for those with a “wet cough” (where they are dribbling from the nose and have excess fluid in the lungs). Can be drying when used long term.
