Raspberry Leaf

Description

Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

Many know the berry (my favourite of the berries), but the leaves are more known in woman who experience menstrual concerns. This is because raspberry has an ancient use of helping to tighten and tone the uterus which can help in someone with endometriosis, or even heavy bleeding and cramping during the menstrual cycle. It is also used amongst midwives for those in pregnancy to drink as a daily tonic for toning and prepping the uterine lining for labour. The leaves are also high in minerals and very nutritive, so it is great for building someone back up from a depleted state or during pregnancy/breastfeeding for extra nutrients. Helpful for breastmilk production. It is commonly used in a tea blend with alfalfa, oat straw, and nettle leaves for postpartum woman.

Crafted with high-quality herbs, sourced from certified organic suppliers.
